Custom Orders

Thank you so much for your interest in having us preserve your flowers/special items. Your trust in us with these sentimental pieces means so much and we are so happy to be able to create them for you. Below you will find all of the information you will need for custom orders. Please note, the prices listed are base prices and are subject to change dependent upon the detail and nature of the custom order. Please be sure to inquire about specific pricing for your custom piece.

All custom orders require a 25% deposit at the time of order that will be deducted from the total price once the piece is completed. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive an email with specific instructions regarding your order.

For custom orders including fresh flowers:

• If you will be shipping your flowers directly to us, we recommend that you overnight ship them within 1-2 days after the event. This will ensure the best possible quality and results of the piece. Client is responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping flowers and we are not liable for any lost or stolen mail or items that arrive wilted or damaged. In addition, I cannot return unused flowers via mail. Therefore, we recommend sending us just a selection of your flowers. When placing the order, we can discuss in detail the amount/variety of flowers necessary to complete the piece.
• If you are local to Richmond, VA we can arrange for local drop off if preferred.

For custom orders including dried flowers:

• If your flowers are already dried, it is likely that we can still create something beautiful for you. However, it is best that you email us with photos of the flowers before placing any orders. From there, we can discuss the best options for your custom piece. Shipping policies described above apply to dried flowers as well.

For items other than flowers:

• Do you want bugs, bones, ashes, breast milk, pictures, cards, or some other unique and special item preserved? I would be happy to discuss your options to do so! Please send me an email with your request.

NOTE:

• All items are made with Epoxy Resin. Due to the nature of epoxy resin, flowers and other items may experience slight discoloration. All items should remain out of direct sunlight and should not be cleaned with any harsh chemicals. For specific questions regarding care of your custom piece, please email me directly.

• All pieces are HANDMADE by me. Handmade artwork may have minor imperfections. However, I strive for near perfect, beautiful, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
• Custom items can take anywhere between 6-8 weeks to complete.
